We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to lead and elevate our marketing operations strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, optimizing systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

System Oversight & Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our marketing systems, with deep expertise in HubSpot

  • Manage all aspects of HubSpot's marketing and CRM functionalities, including campaign setup, lifecycle stage management, data management, and reporting

Technical Expertise

  • Maintain and optimize our marketing technology stack, including ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO/SEM tools like SEMrush

  • Leverage basic HTML and JavaScript skills to enhance marketing capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and BDR/SDR teams to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs and alignment on shared goals

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and execute marketing/sales communication strategies within HubSpot and Outreach.io

  • Work in a "Salesforce-adjacent" capacity, ensuring data flows and processes are synchronized between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other connected systems

Data Management & Reporting

  • Drive data integrity and accuracy across all marketing systems

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance marketing operations efficiency and effectiveness

Campaign & Website Operations

  • Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution within our marketing and revenue technology stack

  • Manage operational aspects of our website (Webflow), including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and blog management

Attribution & Analytics

  • Lead the selection, adoption, integration, and management of marketing attribution platforms (e.g., Dreamdata, HockeyStack) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend

Requirements:

Experience

  • 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or similar technical roles

HubSpot Expertise

  • Proven expertise as a HubSpot administrator with deep knowledge of marketing and CRM functionalities

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (PPC, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO/SEM tools like SEMrush

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including Marketing, Sales, and RevOps

Problem-Solving

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to use data for decision-making and process improvement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical field

  • Relevant certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus

Industry Knowledge

  • Experience in high-growth or tech-driven environments preferred

  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and marketing strategy best practices is an asset
