We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing Operations and Digital Lead to take charge of our digital channels, marketing technologies, and analytics. You will play a crucial role in managing our website, own our marketing technology and reporting across all digital channels, supporting both the growth and brand teams to execute their digital initiatives, and ensure flawless operations across various platforms. This is a role for a proactive executor with deep knowledge of marketing technology and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Channel Management: Own and manage all digital marketing channels, ensuring they align with the growth and brand teams’ strategies.
- Website Management: Oversee and execute updates to the website to keep it current and aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Martech Tools Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools and platforms are integrated and functioning properly.
- SEO Management: Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Campaign Execution: Support the digital execution of campaigns from the growth and brand teams, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- CRM Management: Manage the upload and maintenance of lead and database information into the CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), ensuring data accuracy.
- System Integration: Ensure all marketing systems (Martech tools, CRM, etc.) are properly integrated and can be tracked for reporting.
- Reporting: Provide regular reporting and analysis on the performance of digital channels, including paid media, SEO, and other marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or/and digital and Martech role.
- Extensive Experience with Martech Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and other relevant tools in the digital marketing landscape.
- Execution-Oriented: A strong focus on execution – able to manage the running of paid media campaigns, integrate marketing technology, and report on digital channel performance from start to finish.
- Website Management Skills: Ability to manage website updates, ensuring it is always optimized for marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Proactive and Solution-Focused: Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions efficiently.
