The Role
We are looking for a Campaign Manager who can support and guide influencers and brands in their experience working with Influur. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients make the most of the Influur application while maintaining strong relationships and meeting their campaign needs. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for leading the processes of onboarding new clients, providing guidance on platform usage, and addressing client needs while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and assist new influencer and brand clients in establishing their profiles on the Influur application, ensuring a smooth setup process.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to influencer and brand clients on creating new posts and applying for job opportunities through the Influur application.
- Conduct tutorials to educate clients on utilizing the full functionality and features of the Influur application.
- Effectively manage multiple brand representatives concurrently, while meeting deadlines and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for influencer and brand clients within the company, prioritizing their needs and enhancing their application experience.
- Maintain an organized filing system of company records related to all influencer and brand client transactions.
- Collaborate closely with various internal company departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of influencer and brand client requests.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and keep meticulous records of all processes related to client requests and desires.
- Develop effective strategies to meet the campaign needs of brand clients, focusing on achieving their marketing objectives.
- Continuously collect and analyze data related to consumer behavior to gain insights into changing needs and preferences.
Desired background
- Bilingual - English/Spanish.
- Previous experience in developing and tracking social media campaigns, marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of working with notable brands or influencers is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client issues effectively.
- A proactive mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
