Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding membership enrollment goals and overseeing the pre-enrollment process for the assigned PACE locations.. The manager will provide leadership and development to assigned marketing staff members, Intake Specialists, and Enrollment Development Specialists. Will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, budgets designed to meet or exceed membership enrollment forecasts, and increase market penetration in new service areas. The manager will ensure that marketing tactics are executed with excellence and measured quantitatively and qualitatively to determine success and future applications.

 

The manager will promote AltaMed PACE in the assigned service area and establish long-term relationships with key community stakeholders. The manager will plan events to build brand awareness and/or to generate leads. The manager will analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for changes.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community-based/healthcare marketing management principles or a related field, such as membership services or provider relations.

  • Must complete the PACE Marketing training program and attain a minimum 90% score on the State DHS Marketing Representative Examination.

  • Must be cross-trained in all facets of Senior Care Services marketing with the ability to perform duties as needed for all Senior Care Services Marketing positions, including Intake Specialist and Enrollment Development Specialist.

  • A proven track record of successful direct supervisory experience is required.

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Cantonese/Mandarin.

Compensation

$103,816.58 - $129,770.73 annually

The range is subject to change.
