- Contribute feedback from the field to inform continuous improvement of marketing programs and resources.
What You Will Bring:
Well-qualified individuals will possess the following;

- Proven experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, including paid digital, social, email/SMS, and local activations
- Comfort working directly with franchise owners, GMs, and field operators in a support and advisory capacity
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, with the ability to analyze results and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and approved vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (CRM, email/SMS, paid media dashboards, local SEO, reputation management)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple locations, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
