About Us

At Union, we are solving one of the hardest challenges in AI infrastructure today: enabling high-velocity iteration while maintaining seamless production-readiness for AI workloads at scale. Flyte, the open-source project we steward, is the emerging standard for modern data and AI orchestration, with numerous leading technology organizations - like LinkedIn, Spotify, and Gojek - running millions of mission-critical workloads on the platform. We have a deep bench of infrastructure veterans from companies in the Big Three and beyond and a technical founding team who originally created Flyte while at Lyft.

What You'll Do

Content Marketing

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases Union.ai

  • Write and/or edit articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media content

  • Own and manage a content calendar

Event Marketing & Strategy

  • Design and execute our event strategy across conferences, virtual events, and meetups (in partnership with Developer Relations)

  • Own the company's event calendar

  • Manage end-to-end event execution, from marketing collateral to lead generation

Strategic Marketing

  • Help define Union.ai's marketing strategy during this critical growth phase

  • Support demand generation initiatives and lead nurturing campaigns

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on technical or B2B audiences

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, and content creation experience across various formats (written, video, social)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfort working with technical subject matter and engaging with engineering audiences

  • High agency and collaboration - you thrive in ambiguous situations and take ownership

Bonuses

  • Experience in AI, ML, developer tools, or infrastructure software marketing

  • Event management experience

  • Early stage, high growth experience
