The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the U.S. market, with a primary focus on tennis, while supporting other key sports categories. This role drives cohesive brand storytelling and business growth across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Business-to-Business (B2B), and Brand Activations, elevating brand presence, consumer engagement, and market share across all product categories.

Responsabilities

    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, with a primary emphasis on tennis and support across badminton, golf, and snowboarding.  

    • Drive product marketing and launch strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and audience targeting 

    • Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen B2B relationships, retail partnerships, and distribution strategies and partner cross-functionally to enhance B2B site, optimizing content and aligning go-to-market calendar. 

    • Develop and execute brand activation initiatives including events, partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential marketing. 

    • Manage and grow social media platforms, driving engagement and optimizing paid boosts. 

    • Create clear, effective briefs that guide the creation of engaging, multi-channel assets beyond sell-in tools. 

    • Allocate marketing budgets effectively across campaigns and channels  

    • Mentor, and develop marketing associates, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.  

    • Analyze and report on campaign performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.  

    • Maintain deep knowledge of tennis market trends, while staying informed on badminton, golf, and snowboarding categories.  

    • Monitor competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing trends to inform strategy.  

    • Other duties as assigned by management.  

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.  

    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar preferred. 

    • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.  

    • Strong expertise in tennis industry (required); familiarity with badminton, golf, or snowboarding is a plus.  

    • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing (DTC, B2B, brand activations).  

    • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and in-store POP or activations. 

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy. 

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.  

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA experience a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Frequent use of standard office technology and digital tools.

    • Ability to lift and transport event materials and equipment (up to 40 lbs) as needed. 

    • Work is mainly in a climate-controlled office, with occasional outdoor event support in varying conditions. 

    • Up to 20% travel for events, activations, and partner engagements.
