Manage day-to-day legal and compliance operations including privacy (CCPA), contracts, insurance, and risk. Serve as liaison to outside counsel, maintain policies and a contract repository, drive proactive risk assessments, handle escalated consumer complaints, support HR compliance, and advise departments to translate legal requirements into practical business decisions.

Lead integrated U.S. marketing for tennis (supporting badminton, golf, snowboarding), manage product launches, DTC/B2B/activations, social media, budgets, and team development; analyze campaign performance and drive brand growth and partnerships. Up to 20% travel.

Manage Yonex tennis sponsorships, player services, and promotional events. Oversee scouting and coaches team, maintain player and industry relationships, forecast and manage player product inventory, coordinate cross-functional activity, attend tournaments and events, and report on market and competitor trends. Requires travel to U.S. events and occasional nonstandard hours.

Provide high-level executive support to the President (calendar, travel, correspondence, expense reporting, projects) while overseeing daily office operations (vendor management, supplies, onboarding, events, space planning) to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.
