The Marketing Manager, Events is responsible for planning and executing events that support a variety of Integrity initiatives (including brand awareness, business objectives and employee engagement). This role blends strategic marketing and project management to deliver high-impact internal and external events. The Marketing Manager, Events will collaborate closely with other members of Integrity’s marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful events.  This role must become familiar with Integrity’s culture, products, partners and brand.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in the development of event strategies, communication plans, timelines, budgets, etc.

  • Work closely with internal and external resources to obtain the necessary information to provide to the marketing team to produce required assets.

  • Ensure all events reinforce brand standards, messaging and marketing goals.

  • Manage project plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

  • Work well with others as a team player; willing to be proactive and assist other team members as needed.  

  • Take accountability/ownership of projects/tasks and see work through end to end.

  • Arrange meetings, determine the specifications for events and oversee project plans. 

  • Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems before and during events.

  • Support on-site events.

  • Other duties as assigned by leader.

Basic Skills Required

  • 5 + years prior experience working in event management.

  • Must be a very fast-learner and pro-active in learning new processes and developing new skills.

  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and administratively excellent in handling projects and communication.

  • Solid project management skill with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point as a minimum.

  • Strong ability to organize, follow through and handle multiple diverse projects at one time.

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated professionalism.

  • Ability to travel.
