Position Summary

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): 

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention efforts. 

  • Manage and improve email marketing campaigns, push notifications, and SMS communications, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. 

  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to drive personalization and improve key metrics such as customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn rate. 

  • Collaborate with data analysts to monitor CRM performance and generate actionable insights. 

Affiliate Marketing: 

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and revenue goals. 

  • Develop commission structures, promotional materials, and communication plans to engage affiliates effectively. 

  • Track and report on affiliate performance metrics, optimizing the program for higher ROI and conversion rates. 

  • Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge. 

Promotions and Campaign Management: 

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, and social media. 

  • Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive sales and engagement. 

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations. 

  • Test and iterate promotional strategies to maximize effectiveness, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, affiliate marketing, and promotional management, preferably in e-commerce or digital industries. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce) and affiliate platforms (e.g., Raven Track, Income Access). 

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and measure ROI for campaigns and partnerships. 

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing copy and promotional content. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in the online gaming sector is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. 

  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
