Position Summary

The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in scaling Ceres Life's marketing capabilities by driving the execution of high-quality, compliance-ready marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and advisor communications. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist, this individual will serve as the operational engine behind the marketing function—accelerating campaign delivery, building an in-house digital marketing platform, and leveraging AI-powered tools to increase speed, efficiency, and output.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines creative execution with marketing technology expertise. The Marketing Lead will own campaign production from concept through delivery while managing HubSpot, website updates, digital content, email automation, social media, SEO, video production, analytics, and marketing performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Creative Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting advisor acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Produce high-quality, on-brand, compliance-approved marketing collateral from concept through final delivery, including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, sales materials, event collateral, digital assets, and advisor communications.
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Digital Marketing & HubSpot

  • Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation across email campaigns, drip and lifecycle marketing, landing pages, forms, list segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Build and maintain an in-house digital marketing engine, reducing reliance on external agencies.
  • Develop automated marketing workflows that improve advisor engagement and lead nurturing.

Website & Content Management

  • Manage website production including new page creation, content updates, SEO optimization, video library management, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Continuously improve website performance, user experience, and search visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on website enhancements.

Content & Brand Development

  • Produce compelling content across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, website, video, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and executive communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer and advisor touchpoints.

Marketing Analytics & Performance

  • Develop KPI dashboards using HubSpot and other marketing platforms.
  • Track campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data to recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

AI & Marketing Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign production, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies that improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes that support rapid company growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8+ years of progressive marketing experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience managing websites using CMS platforms and implementing SEO best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory review processes.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting insurance, annuities, retirement services, asset management, banking, or wealth management organizations.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards.
  • Experience producing video content and digital multimedia assets.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimization.
