About TubeScience
The next era of advertising performance will be driven by creative.
As AI automates more of media buying, targeting, and optimization, creative is becoming one of the most important levers advertisers can control. TubeScience is building the infrastructure to make performance creative more effective, measurable, and scalable.
For more than a decade, we've combined consumer insights, creative strategy, real creators, production, technology, and performance data to help brands acquire customers at scale. We work across major advertising platforms and challenge traditional agency economics with a pay-for-performance model: rather than selling creative deliverables or hours, we earn a share of media spend when our creative meets advertiser performance goals. We complement in-house teams and incumbent agencies, proving our value through results.
We're expanding this model across enterprise advertisers, platform partnerships, and categories, including regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services. We're looking for a marketing leader to help define and accelerate this next chapter.
The Opportunity
Build the B2B marketing engine behind a differentiated business at an important stage of growth. You'll own TubeScience's marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution, partnering directly with executive leadership, Sales, Partnerships, and our creative and technology teams.
The challenge is bigger than generating leads. You'll establish TubeScience as a new kind of performance partner—combining agency-grade creative, technology-enabled infrastructure, and a commercial model tied to advertiser results. You'll shape the market narrative, reach enterprise decision-makers, and build repeatable programs that turn awareness into qualified opportunities and revenue.
This is initially a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with genuine strategic ownership—not a role that simply executes leadership's messaging. You'll have the autonomy to set priorities, influence positioning and commercial strategy, and deliver measurable results. As marketing demonstrates ROI, you'll help determine where and when to invest in additional team capabilities.
