Lead AI-first marketing for a B2B SaaS startup: build agentic content pipelines, launch automated GTM and brand campaigns, drive programmatic SEO, create AI-assisted sales enablement, and continuously optimize messaging and growth through automation.
About GroundTruth
GroundTruth is an AI-powered billing and invoice intelligence platform that solves a critical problem for transportation and logistics enterprises: most billing errors are caught too late - or never caught at all - creating disputes, write-offs, and revenue leakage.
Our agentic platform continuously observes agreements, communications, and exceptions that shape billing across each load's lifecycle, organizes this fragmented data into a clear source of truth, and surfaces inconsistencies before invoices are sent.
Our customers (mid-market and enterprise transportation companies, freight brokers, and shippers) trust us to turn billing chaos into a revenue advantage. We're backed by industry leader J.B. Hunt and powered by a lean team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an AI-forward Marketing Lead - someone who views AI agents, LLMs, and automation workflows as their core team. Instead of asking for budget to hire an agency or a team, you know how to build, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents to scale content, SEO, and demand gen.
You are a high-agency builder who thrives on owning a combination of marketing strategy, hands-on execution, and using cutting-edge tech to achieve massive output with a lean footprint.
In this role, you will:
- Scale Content via Agentic Workflows: Build and manage automated content pipelines (using tools like Make, Zapier, or custom LLM frameworks) to generate web content, social media assets, presentations, and campaigns at velocity.
- Launch Autonomous GTM and Brand Campaigns: Design and deploy go-to-market initiatives using AI-driven insights and automation to target the right audiences, test positioning, and capture demand.
- Spearhead Programmatic SEO and Digital Growth: Set up and oversee automated SEO and digital marketing engines that continuously optimize and scale our digital footprint, driving organic discovery for logistics and AI-driven solutions.
- Establish AI-Assisted Sales Enablement: Equip sales and business development colleagues with dynamic, hyper-personalized collateral and deck-generation workflows that help close deals faster.
- Optimize Messaging: Utilize AI testing loops to continuously refine, iterate, and sharpen GroundTruth's positioning based on real-world customer data and market feedback.
- Proactively Push the Company to Its Next Level: Identify and plug strategic gaps, recommend where budget will have the greatest impact, and drive expansion initiatives beyond our current customer base.
Qualifications
- 5-15 years of marketing experience, predominantly in seed, Series A, and/or Series B venture-backed SaaS startup environments.
- Background in B2B technology marketing for mid-market and enterprise SaaS products (preferably agentic AI products).
- A track record of leveraging technology to carry out the work of a traditional marketing department.
- An obsession for AI tooling, prompt engineering, and marketing automation.
- A sharp editorial eye and understanding of how to distill complex technology products into compelling narratives that resonate.
- Experience in AI, logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology is highly preferred.
- You're energized by autonomy, ownership, and hands-on work that isn’t confined to one specific area.
- You possess the communication skills and strategic thinking needed to ensure final (AI-generated) output is high quality, human-grade, and on-brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or similar field.
Why Join GroundTruth
- Build the future of agentic marketing. You won't just use AI tools, you'll pioneer how a lean team scales impact through intelligent automation.
- Own a critical function. As the Marketing Lead, you'll shape how GroundTruth is perceived and how we win in the market.
- Work with a proven team. Built by founders and engineers obsessed with solving real operational problems for enterprise customers.
- Remote flexibility. Work from anywhere on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis.
