Manage accounting onboarding, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filing calendars, audit readiness, and relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Coordinate offshore accounting support, maintain consistent practices across multiple entities, and improve workflows using QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, and AI tools. Provide accounting judgment and hands-on execution in a fast-changing environment.

Lead the data science function for a freight pricing venture: develop and deploy ML models for dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, elasticity, and load acceptance; design pricing experiments; partner with engineering to productionize and monitor models; validate business assumptions and set model governance; translate insights to product, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

Lead AI enablement and portfolio governance across UP.Labs companies: build reusable AI tools and workflows, support CEOs with operations and GTM, track company health via dashboards and reporting, and cultivate VC and operator relationships to drive capital, customers, and strategic support.

Fractional, hands-on revenue leader for a portfolio of AI software ventures. Set up GTM strategies, land first enterprise customers, mentor early sales hires, build repeatable sales infrastructure and playbooks, support pricing and deal execution, and maintain a warm enterprise pipeline across portfolio companies.

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead commercial partnerships, drive revenue growth, design sales systems, and mentor sales teams while engaging Fortune 500 companies.

The Founding Engineer will develop full-stack applications, shape product direction, and work in ambiguous environments from concept to validation.
