We’re seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator to lead in-person events that inspire action, mobilize donors, and build strong community connections.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute live fundraising and outreach events, including tabling activations, awareness campaigns, and donor drives

  • Serve as a passionate, professional representative for nonprofit partners at public events

  • Facilitate impactful one-on-one engagement with community members and donors to increase support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, boost event attendance, and achieve campaign objectives

  • Create and manage event materials such as signage, talking points, flyers, and donation forms
