As a Marketing Creative Director II for VALORANT, you will report to the Director of Marketing Creative Direction, and will be responsible for creating and delivering world-class campaigns for VALORANT. Partnering closely with internal teams and external production partners to deliver on the high demand for compelling creative content across gameplay trailers, cinematics, illustrations, UA assets and more–all crafted with authenticity and a deep connection to both the product and the player. Working with the VALORANT publishing team, you’ll concept meaningful campaign platforms and tactics, oversee production, and be hands-on to ensure a flawless execution while managing our vendor partnerships, and ensuring each campaign meets its strategic goals and maintains the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute creative campaigns and content that align with VALORANT’s brand direction and campaign objectives.
  • Translate campaign briefs into visual and narrative ideas that connect authentically with players.
  • Partner with creative, brand, and production teams to guide the execution of campaign assets across multiple formats and channels.
  • Participate in concepting sessions and provide thoughtful creative input to help shape ideas into actionable deliverables.
  • Review creative work to ensure alignment with direction, quality standards, and player relevance.
  • Collaborate across publishing and our dev partners to ensure consistent storytelling and smooth execution.
  • Support day-to-day production needs, including managing timelines, creative reviews, and vendor coordination.
  • Stay current on creative and cultural trends to help keep VALORANT’s marketing fresh, relevant, and player-inspired.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative production (agency or client side)
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns or creative content across video, digital, and social platforms
  • Strong creative sensibility and attention to craft detail across design, storytelling, and production
  • Skilled at giving and receiving feedback and collaborating across multiple creative disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines

  • Passion for VALORANT and deep understanding of the game, audience, and community
  • Experience working in gaming, entertainment, sports, or fashion industries
  • Familiarity with creative production pipelines across art, writing, and video
  • Awareness of trends in gaming, culture, and fandom that drive player engagement
