About EBOOST:

At EBOOST, we don’t just make energy drinks—we fuel a better you. From our clean, performance-boosting beverages to our bold brand voice, we’re here to redefine what energy means in today’s world. We're a small, fast-growing team with big goals and even bigger hustle. Now, we're looking for a Marketing & Creative Director to help take us to the next level.

The Role:

This is not your average marketing gig. As our Marketing & Creative Director, you’ll be at the heart of launching new products/brands, scaling our e-commerce (with a sharp focus on subscriptions), and leading all things creative—from campaigns to copy to content. You’ll think strategically and execute scrappily, making the most out of every dollar. We need someone who’s just as comfortable ideating a brand campaign as they are pulling insights from Shopify, managing Amazon, or launching CTV media tests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand & Creative
    • Own the creative direction and visual storytelling of the EBOOST brand and any new product lines
    • Lead the development of assets across paid social, email, website, packaging, and retail
    • Manage and collaborate with freelance talent, creators, and agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Product Launches
    • Help concept, name, and bring to market new EBOOST SKUs and sub-brands
    • Develop and execute launch plans across paid, organic, and retail channels
  • E-commerce Growth
    • Strong DTC Experience/Growth Hacking expert
    • Work with E-Com team to improve conversion, retention, and AOV on EBOOST.com
    • Lead efforts to grow subscription revenue and customer LTV
    • Manage on-site content, creative, and performance testing
  • Retail Marketing
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sell-through at retail partners
    • Create in-store assets, displays, and signage that are on-brand and conversion-focused
    • Collaborate with sales and field marketing teams to support account launches and seasonal campaigns
    • Work with retail buyers and partners to co-develop marketing initiatives and promotional plans
  • Media & Paid Growth
    • Support paid strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google
    • Test and optimize performance media on CTV and/or TV networks
    • Help oversee agency partners managing paid media, making sure strategy and execution are aligned
  • Amazon & Marketplace Management
    • Oversee creative, content, and optimization strategy for Amazon
    • Collaborate with internal team and agencies to manage listings, A+ content, and promos
  • Agency & Partner Management
    • Ensure agency work is on-brand, on-budget, and delivering against KPIs
    • Evaluate and bring on new partners as needed
  • Scrappy & Strategic
    • Stretch small budgets into big results
    • Stay plugged into cultural trends and turn them into fast-moving creative
    • Prioritize high-impact projects and move quickly from idea to execution

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in marketing, creative, or brand management (CPG/DTC preferred)
  • Ideal candidate would have a full P&L experience
  • Have a “Growth Hacker” experience/spirit
  • Have launched consumer products and know how to build a campaign from scratch
  • Are just as obsessed with scroll-stopping creative as you are with ROI and retention
  • Know how to make performance and brand work together
  • Have experience managing external agency partners and creative talent
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited resources
  • Have an eye for design, a sharp sense of storytelling, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Are excited about working on a challenger brand that punches above its weight

Perks:

  • Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office)
  • Would consider a remote role for the right candidate
  • Unlimited access to EBOOST products
  • Health Insurance with Dental & Vision
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing brand
  • Room for upward mobility as the brand and team grow
  • A passionate, collaborative team that values good energy—in every sense

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
