OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic DTC marketing team. This role will assist marketing executives with daily operations, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional tasks essential for campaign execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and project management in the streaming industry.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to senior marketing executives, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing materials.

  • Assist in managing marketing projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and reporting statuses to ensure smooth execution.

  • Coordinate communication across internal teams (creative, content, product) and external partners.

  • Support the development and distribution of marketing collateral and assets.

  • Help monitor marketing campaigns and compile performance reports.

  • Assist with event planning and execution when needed.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing assets and project documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in a marketing, project management, or administrative support role (internships included).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms.

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming industries.

  • Familiarity with basic creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
