ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic DTC marketing team. This role will assist marketing executives with daily operations, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional tasks essential for campaign execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and project management in the streaming industry.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to senior marketing executives, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing materials.
Assist in managing marketing projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and reporting statuses to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate communication across internal teams (creative, content, product) and external partners.
Support the development and distribution of marketing collateral and assets.
Help monitor marketing campaigns and compile performance reports.
Assist with event planning and execution when needed.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing assets and project documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience in a marketing, project management, or administrative support role (internships included).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming industries.
Familiarity with basic creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.40-38.95 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
