Position Description


The Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing the company’s brand strategy by supporting marketing communications, digital, social, and events with a strong eye on execution and reporting. The coordinator will support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including CVENT, Lytho, Smart Source Print on Demand, Constant Contact and Allego as appropriate to support the sales team and the greater organization in Brand Marketing.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the upload of new materials in the Print on Demand portal
  • Execute posting on social media platforms, track engagement and trends
  • Support events team through execution on deliverables for meetings, internal training events, and tradeshows by developing schedules/calendaring, supporting shipping and coordinating mailing lists in online platforms such as CVENT
  • Support Events, Marcom, Product Marketing, and Professional Education team on agenda creation, calendaring/scheduling and support on logistics for internal Plan and Review Sales meetings, validation labs and surgeon aLINK visits as needed
  • Coordinate/Plan/Arrange Regional Sales Dinners and dinner event logistics in conjunction with Tradeshows and Industry meetings
  • Maintain physician locator and support website updates as directed
  • Push out e-blasts and communications and campaigns for customers both internal and external facing. Track engagement and trends.
  • Support the Marcom and graphic design team in creative project management platform and Content management system to deliver content that meets company and field needs
  • Responsible for vendor management through partnership with AP on invoice and payment tracking
  • Support full Marketing team as well as Chief Commercial Officer as needed with responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
  • Experience using CMS, CRM, Digital and Communications platforms
  • Attention to detail and copy-editing experience

Skills

  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Experience in budgeting and invoicing systems

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $33.00 - $36.00. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in incentive compensation programs and receive a comprehensive benefits package.
