About The Moore

The Moore is a landmark destination in the Miami Design District, comprised of a private members club, hotel and a collection of restaurants, retail, exhibition, event and office space. Housed in the District’s circa-1922 Moore building, the reimagined, nearly 90,000-square-foot space integrates two, four-story structures located at the intersection of NE 40th Street and NE 2nd Avenue, and includes Elastika, the site-specific commission created by the late artist and architect Zaha Hadid for the inaugural Design Miami/ exhibition in 2005.


The redevelopment of The Moore is led by boutique hospitality firm and operator, WoodHouse. Founded by entrepreneur Brady Wood, WoodHouse creates, owns and operates experiential concepts, ranging from private clubs, restaurants and hotels to live music and entertainment venues.

Position Overview:

Marketing Coordinator

The Moore is seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across The Moore Club, Hotel, Workplace, Gallery, The Roof, and Torno Subito.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports the execution of marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, member communications, partnerships, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and has a passion for hospitality, culture, and lifestyle brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in luxury hospitality marketing while working across a variety of exciting brands and experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day management of social media channels, including scheduling content, community engagement, and monitoring performance.
  • Support content creation for Instagram, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist with member communications through email and SMS platforms.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling, shot lists, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Help manage marketing calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Assist with partnership activations, and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, signage, menus, and printed materials with internal teams and vendors.
  • Support website and digital content updates as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and marketing initiatives across all Moore brands.
  • Ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Duties are not limited to the above.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, content creation, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
