We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns and merchandising initiatives. This role supports coordination across internal departments and external partners to help ensure programs and campaigns are accurately planned, communicated and executed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering organized, high-quality work.

Candidates should be based in the Orlando or Tampa metropolitan area. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 75% remote work and 25% in-office attendance at the Store Support Center in Orlando, FL, along with business travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Manage project workflows in Asana, ensuring marketing projects, tasks, timelines and deliverables remain organized and on track.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and coordination of creative briefs and campaign briefs, ensuring project objectives, timelines and deliverables are clearly communicated to stakeholders and creative partners.

  • Review marketing assets and campaign deliverables, including testing email campaigns and conducting quality assurance reviews, to identify errors, inconsistencies or missing elements prior to launch.

  • Support digital content execution by uploading blog content within the ShoGun content management system.

Merchandising & Display Planning

  • Develop strategic store execution lists for display programs using sales performance, category trends, store capabilities, inventory positioning and market opportunity.

  • Recommend product assortments and case quantities to support successful merchandising execution and inventory flow based on point-of-sale (POS) allowance and sales trends.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication for display programs with suppliers, distributors, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Field Operations and other internal partners.

Team & Administrative Support

  • Proof weekly tasting notes to ensure product information is accurate, consistent and guest-friendly.

  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of weekly store splash screens to keep store teams informed of initiatives from Marketing, Pricing, Team Member Services, Learning & Development and Guest Services.

  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, merchandising, retail, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with sales data to make informed recommendations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management software (Asana preferred), content management systems (ShoGun or similar), email marketing platforms and event management platforms is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, dependable and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable performing administrative tasks, data entry and working within multiple business systems.
