Responsibilities - Growth Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation for Xsolla Ads.
- Assist with content creation across the funnel — including blog posts, email campaigns, social posts, and landing page copy.
- Help maintain an editorial and campaign calendar to keep growth initiatives organized and on schedule.
- Track campaign performance and compile regular reports on key metrics, flagging trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the central Xsolla marketing team to ensure Ads division content stays consistent with broader brand standards.
Responsibilities - Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales collateral — including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards — that clearly and confidently communicate the value of Xsolla Ads.
- Write customer-facing case studies that bring results and success stories to life for prospects.
- Partner with the commercial team to support outreach sequences, ensuring messaging is on-brand, compelling, and aligned with the sales motion.
- Keep all sales materials current as products and positioning evolve.
Qualifications & Skills - Required
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, ad tech, or gaming.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across blog posts, sales decks, and email sequences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple workstreams without things slipping through the cracks.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with sales, product, and creative stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications & Skills - Nice to Have
- Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
- Prior exposure to B2B go-to-market strategy, content marketing, or field enablement.
- Interest in or experience within the gaming or ad tech industry.
