Job Description: Marketing Coordinator 

Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried Employee 

Location: Remote

Overview  

The Marketing Coordinator at i-Tech Support Services plays an integral role in strengthening brand visibility, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution across marketing channels for our key business units: Managed IT Services, School Technology, and Acumatica Cloud ERP. 

This position bridges creative content development, basic graphic design, event coordination, digital marketing execution, CRM maintenance, and cross-department collaboration. Working directly with senior marketing leadership, this role helps plan and support trade shows, webinars, and customer events; produces on-brand visual assets; and ensures campaigns run smoothly and on schedule across platforms. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional ready to take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, event logistics, and creative execution while supporting strategic company growth initiatives. 

Core Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing & Content Execution 

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing emails, nurture workflows, and newsletter campaigns 
  • Maintain and clean CRM contact lists, including lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and key properties 
  • Monitor email and campaign performance and assist with reporting and dashboard updates 

Email Marketing & CRM Coordination (HubSpot) 

  • Build, test, and deploy marketing emails, nurture workflows, and newsletter campaigns 
  • Maintain and clean CRM contact lists, including lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and key properties 
  • Monitor email and campaign performance and assist with reporting and dashboard updates 

Website, SEO & Content Management 

  • Upload blog posts, update web pages, and execute content refreshes in WordPress 
  • Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO efforts, including titles, metadata, and image alt text 
  • Perform quality assurance checks on landing pages, forms, and campaign assets 

Marketing & Sales Enablement Support 

  • Assist with the creation and updating of proposal templates, sales presentations, and marketing collateral 
  • Support lead generation initiatives through outreach templates, promotional assets, and digital campaigns 
  • Track campaign engagement, identify qualified leads, and coordinate handoff to the sales team 

Event & Campaign Coordination 

  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, virtual events, and industry conferences 
  • Manage event registration, promotional materials, follow-up communications, and post-event reporting 
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with promotional item creation and logistics 

Market & Competitor Research 

  • Conduct basic market and competitive research to support campaign and content planning 
  • Monitor industry trends and summarize insights for internal stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with ERP, MSP, and Education teams to gather inputs and align messaging 

Key Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role (internships and part-time experience considered) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Working knowledge of: 
  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite) 
  • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite 
  • HubSpot CRM and marketing tools 
  • WordPress content management systems 
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and remote environment 

Preferred 

  • Experience in IT, MSP, ERP, B2B, or technology-focused organizations 
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, or email performance platforms 
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing content creation and optimization
