Job Description

This position will assist with company promotion, digital marketing operations, customer follow-up, and ERP lead generation activities.

Responsibilities
• Manage and create content for company social media platforms
• Support digital marketing optimization for company website and Google marketing campaigns
• Track CTA (Call-To-Action) inquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Research potential ERP customers and analyze prospect/customer lists
• Assist with outbound communication and customer engagement activities
• Support overall company branding and marketing promotion efforts
• Prepare reports and marketing-related documentation as needed

 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, ERP solutions, and B2B business development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms and online marketing tools
• Basic understanding of Google marketing, SEO, or digital advertising is a plus
• Ability to research, organize, and analyze customer/prospect information
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask is a plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
