Breakdown Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator. This role is integral to our North America software and service development in the Entertainment Industry and is focused on supporting and elevating a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives, with an emphasis on digital marketing projects. You will work with and report to the Vice President of Breakdown Services. You will actively work with our Product Owner development team. Annual compensation commensurate with experience and ranging from $50,000 - $62,000 per year. This is a FULLY REMOTE position working a 40 hr week Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

The Role

  • Campaigns and communications
    • Assist in planning, executing and distributing digital campaigns.
    • Create and draft content for internal communications and external channels (social media, website, email) to promote wins, initiatives and campaigns.
  • Branding and design
    • Help develop, design and edit visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials, such as client alerts, invitations, social media assets, event collateral, and presentations.
    • Maintain and update content on the firm’s website.
    • Help ensure content across the firm is on-brand.
  • Tracking and analytics
    • Research, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
    • Improve email marketing performance.
    • Support SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
    • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and share innovative ideas.
    • Create and update mailing lists, liaise regularly with the CRM team and provide guidance and best practices to troubleshoot and ensure the team is best leveraging CRM.
  • Research and profile-raising projects
    • Conduct research on clients, competitors and industry trends to support pitches and marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative projects
    • Track, coordinate, and calendar marketing projects, campaigns and BD activities.
    • Assist with the onboarding and training of marketing and business development team members regarding marketing technology software, processes and systems.
    • Support various marketing and business development projects as required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably related to the entertainment industry.
  • Preferred technical proficiency.
  • Strong digital and software skills, including:
    • Google Docs 
    • Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Web-based skills
      • Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms
      • HTML/CSS
      • Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
      • Email management systems (EMS)
      • Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Zoom, AI tools, podcast recording and experience with editing videos/podcasts are a plus.
