We are proud to be creating the future of generative AI and AI agents. Salesforce has launched Agentforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, was selected as the only partner for the private beta prior to launch. Post-launch, we’ve earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce, reinforcing our role as pioneers in this transformative space.

Be part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture journey and help shape the next wave of AI-powered transformation. Here, you’ll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale. If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.

As Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud Next, you will lead the functional solution design for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next) across our client engagements and act as the functional lead within NeuraFlash's MC Next practice. MC Next is built natively on the Salesforce core platform with Data 360, Flow and Agentforce, so the role combines marketing-platform fluency with data-architecture depth. You understand how marketing teams plan, segment, orchestrate and measure across channels, and you translate that into designs our Data 360, Agentforce and technical teams can build.

You will help lead MC Next solutions with key marketing, CRM, data and compliance stakeholders, and internally you will build the reference architectures, reusable patterns and enablement that let the rest of the practice deliver MC Next work with confidence.

You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Lead functional solution design for MC Next grounded in its Data 360 foundation: data model objects, ingestion from CRM and other sources, identity resolution, segmentation, and Actionable Lists, evaluating every requirement against native capability before recommending custom build.
  • Run discovery and design sessions with marketing operations, CRM, data, digital and compliance stakeholders to capture current-state platform capabilities, audience and data architecture, journey complexity, consent models and integration dependencies; present design decisions and trade-offs; and drive open questions to written closure with owners and dates.
  • Design campaign and orchestration architecture using Flow-based orchestration, messaging data sources, activation templates, landing pages and dynamic content for email, SMS and conversational channels, including Handlebars and AMPscript personalization where supported.
  • Design consent and compliance into the platform using the MC Next consent object model, consent records and landing-page consent capture, aligned to regional requirements such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL, so compliance is built in rather than bolted on.
  • Define platform setup and governance: edition and entitlement selection, Data 360 provisioning, Marketing Data Kit, Business Unit and Data Space structure, permission sets, CMS workspaces, and sending-domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability planning.
  • Shape agentic marketing solutions with our Agentforce specialists: marketing agents for campaign creation and audience generation, two-way conversational messaging, and predictive AI, with guardrails, approvals and measurement defined up front.
  • Lead migration and coexistence strategy for clients moving from Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or similar platforms: wave sequencing, data and consent-state migration, journey and campaign translation to MC Next-native equivalents, and business-process equivalence checks at UAT.
  • Author and maintain the functional design: data model mappings, process flows, user stories with acceptance criteria and formal design sign-off artifacts, following NeuraFlash's Navigate Next delivery methodology and accelerators.
  • Translate the design for the build team (Technical Architects, Developers, Data 360 and Agentforce specialists), review configuration against spec, and support UAT and deployment gates.
  • Define what NeuraFlash owns versus what the client must provide (data access, SME availability, environment access, compliance approvals) and hold both sides to it.
  • Help build our MC Next practice: own reference architectures, capture reusable patterns from engagements, contribute to scoping calculators and SOW templates, and co-deliver enablement for the delivery team.
  • Support pre-sales as the MC Next subject-matter expert: discovery calls, solution shaping, demos and estimates (hours and scope; pricing stays with sales leadership), alongside our sales team and Salesforce marketing account teams.
  • Coach and mentor functional and technical team members on MC Next and stay current on Salesforce release changes across Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360 and Agentforce.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in marketing automation consulting, marketing-technology solution architecture or business analysis, including hands-on delivery of enterprise marketing automation (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, or a comparable platform such as Braze, Marketo or Eloqua)
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next, or demonstrated ramp-up from Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement onto MC Next and Data 360 (the platform is new, so we weigh depth of adjacent delivery experience)
  • Working knowledge of Data 360 (Data Cloud) concepts: data model objects, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation and activation, and how to troubleshoot data hygiene
  • Strong understanding of marketing consent and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL or similar) and how they shape data model, sharing and preference design
  • Experience designing multi-channel campaigns and orchestration (email, SMS, conversational or push), including personalization and content strategy
  • Practical knowledge of email deliverability: domain authentication, sender reputation and IP warm-up
  • Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions with senior marketing and IT stakeholders, and document them to sign-off
  • Experience working alongside Technical Architects and owning functional design through UAT and deployment
  • Ability to tie solution outcomes to business value (conversion, cost to serve, time to launch, attribution) through clear storytelling
  • Comfortable with flow-charting and data-modeling tools (for example Lucidchart) and with agile delivery
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant; Data 360 Consultant; Agentforce Specialist; Platform Administrator; and an Application or Solution Architect credential
  • Marketing Cloud Engagement credentials (for example Email Specialist, Consultant) and Account Engagement Specialist, for migration and coexistence work
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, including marketing flows and Agentforce actions
  • Integration experience with Salesforce CRM and external systems (REST APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent)
  • Experience with legacy-to-MC Next migrations, including subscriber, consent and journey migration
  • Experience in a regulated industry (health, financial services, nonprofit) where consent and PHI/PII handling shape marketing design
  • Experience with additional Marketing Cloud tools such as Personalization, Intelligence, Tableau Next or comparable reporting and attribution design
What can you expect in the interview process?
  • Recruiter screen (phone), 30 minutes. Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experience.
  • Practice Lead Interview (video), 45 minutes. You'll talk through your career goals, relevant marketing platform work examples, and challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there.
  • Leadership interview (video), 30 minutes. You'll meet with a member of our leadership team.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
