About the Role
The Marketing Campaigns Specialist executes the email, marketing automation, and social media work that brings HeroDevs campaigns to life. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience running campaigns in HubSpot, supporting traffic generation, and coordinating day-to-day marketing execution across channels.
Responsibilities
Email & Marketing Automation
- Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot in support of campaign goals
- Execute against the email and marketing automation strategy set by the broader marketing team
- Set up and maintain automated workflows, nurture sequences, and triggered sends in HubSpot
- Monitor email performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities
Social Media Execution
- Execute against the social media strategy in support of campaign goals
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social content across HeroDevs' channels
- Support social listening and light community engagement as needed
- Coordinate with content and design resources to keep social content on-brand and on-schedule
List Management & Segmentation
- Build and maintain audience segments to support targeted campaign sends
- Support routine list maintenance, deduplication, and data quality checks
- Help ensure marketing lists comply with subscription and consent requirements
General Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing coordinator tasks, including scheduling, asset requests, and campaign documentation
- Provide general marketing support across the team as priorities require
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing coordinator, or campaign support role
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot to build and send emails
- Familiarity with marketing automation concepts (workflows, segmentation, list management)
- Experience supporting or executing social media content and scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
