Position Description

As a Marketing Business Operations Coordinator III for Travel+ Leisure this person will be responsible for (but not limited) to delivering quality support for our Marketing processes at multiple sites. This person will perform inbound and outbound calls to provide guests with confirming and customer service for their booked vacations. The coordinator will assist field marketing teams and vendors with the proper booking and scheduling of tours. Must be able to handle multiple projects, work with teams across the region, and ensuring that operational processes and procedures are met, protects data integrity throughout our systems, and partners with their team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives.  As part of the Business Operations team, this individual helps support the steps to put the world on vacation and make memories of a lifetime!

You will be responsible (but not limited to:)

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team
Perform outbound and inbound calls and handle guests' inquiries.
Oversee and process Vendor Payroll for various sites. Ensuring all payouts are accurately calculated.
Serve as the go-to point of contact when Manager is out
Help your team implement ways in which to improve our customer service or processes
Protect data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us
Ensure company assets are always protected and supporting policies and procedures are executed
Maintain understanding of operational procedures that govern our business
Lead the training of new hires and new business initiatives
Ensure the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs while identifying business trends.
Consistently leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise and escalate appropriately to leadership
Help guide your team members to build their personal brands and demonstrate how they can successfully leverage their resources

Sales and Marketing Teams
Vendor Teams
Human Resources
Resort Operations leadership
 

Examples of projects you will work on:

Train/Onboard new team members
Lead initiatives (new reporting, reconciliations, system needs) as the Business Operations liaison with various business partners
Ensuring all Vendor Pay are processed, are in compliance and meeting deadlines.
Prepare and provide reports to support strategic decision making.
 

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Have availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays
Experience delivering outstanding customer service, with excitement!
Experience working cross functionally with multiple business partners

Compensation

Generally starting at $26.00 - $26.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
