Job Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing BI Analyst to transform large, complex marketing datasets into clear insights that drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources (internal DWH systems, analytics and ad platforms, sales, etc).
  • Perform deep-dive marketing analysis, including customer behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
  • Handle frequent ad-hoc reporting for marketing and product teams, delivering fast, accurate insights.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards to track core KPIs and support decision-making.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations to optimize campaigns, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, acquisition, product, and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure analytical alignment.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation of recurring tasks.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics, paid channels, attribution, funnels, and campaign tracking.
  • Expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker Studio or similar).
  • Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and generate insights quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Additional skills:

  • Experience in financial trading, fintech, or investment platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution, campaign analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Affiliate programs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
