Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Marketing Reps and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sending out renewal letters to current insureds every month.
• Assist with loss report info from current & past insurance companies for upcoming renewals and prospective clients.
• Assist the Marketing Reps in doing vehicle and driver schedules and ordering motor vehicle reports.
• Other clerical duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively with others
• Have a positive, team-oriented attitude to work with a large variety of responsibilities.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Computer skill including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 1-2 commercial insurance industry preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge or Applied EPIC systems preferred, but not required.

Examples:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
