Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

  • Provides a high level of administrative/executive support to the entire organization.
  • Manage marketing campaigns on all social media platforms and email campaigns.
  • Manage and Develop Digital and Social Media Postings on LinkedIn and Facebook every week.
  • Manage and develop email marketing campaigns utilizing the Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Create call lists to support campaign engagement.
  • Develop marketing materials such as cut sheets, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and other client deliverables within the corporate branding guidelines.
  • Manage team’s marketing and sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce, Excel, and other tools.
  • Create and manage follow-up lists to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Create and proofread materials, including but not limited to technical service proposals, digital and social media content.
  • Maintain highly organized electronic files and provide support in collecting outstanding items.
  • Database entry and management (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Assists a team with answering incoming phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Position required full-time in office work, no remote work.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational and marketing campaign management skills.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Highly skilled in time management with an ability to coordinate with others to complete tasks.
  • Experience with Digital and Social Postings content development for placement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative or alternative graphic design software.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to proofread materials before posting or sending to clients.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, detailed work on time with little supervision.
  • Desire to learn the business, grow professionally, and master new computer programs as needed.
  • Professional, motivated, and customer-service oriented
  • Environmental or Health and Safety experience is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an Administrative, Marketing, Business Development, or other supporting role
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, SEO, social media, and/or marketing preferred.

Salary Range: $25.00 to $31.25, depending on experience.
