What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help global leaders like Excel Dryer streamline their sales pipelines and expand their market reach. We don't just input construction data and track events—we make sure architectural opportunities are captured, qualified, and converted into winning projects.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Fueling the Pipeline: You will transform raw architectural data from platforms like Dodge into high-value leads in Salesforce, ensuring the Architectural & Design (A&D) team always has a qualified, actionable sales pipeline.

  • Unlocking High-Value Opportunities: You will actively scout construction databases, spot key product substitution opportunities, and prepare seamless request forms to land our products in major architectural specifications.

  • Flawless Event Execution: You will take full ownership of Continuing Education (CE) and presentation logistics on platforms like AEC Daily—from generating QR codes and pre-registration links to processing post-event attendance metrics.

  • Nurturing Industry Relationships: You will bridge the gap between educational outreach and sales growth by managing architect test-taker records and seamlessly logging engagement data directly into our Architect Nurture Program.

Requirements Is This You?
  • A Data Quality Perfectionist: You have a hyper-focused eye for detail, taking pride in flawless CRM management and seamless lead entry.

  • An Operations & Event Multitasker: You naturally organize moving parts, easily keeping track of educational programs, attendance logs, and project timelines without dropping the ball.

  • A Self-Motivated Problem Solver: You are proactive and capable of working independently, knowing when to dig deeper to find high-potential opportunities when standard reports run light.

  • Tech-Savvy: You excel with CRMs (especially Salesforce), construction databases (like Dodge), Microsoft Office Suite, and online data management tools.

  • Your Home Office: You have a quiet, dedicated home workspace equipped with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a high-performing personal computer ready for seamless remote collaboration.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
