Marketing Administrative Coordinator -

Southern California Area Support Southern California In-House Marketing Teams Anaheim, Indio, Oceanside, San Diego.

Duties:

Marketing Administrative Coordinators are responsible for aiding marketing teams to run smoothly and enhance our guests’ experience through providing reporting, analytics and administrative duties. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Daily assignments of all arrivals in region by site.
  • Daily Clean Up (JRNY) – Ensure tours are linked, dispositioned, and created correctly based on marketing channel.
  • Prepare daily no contact reports.

Check for:

  • Multiple Reservations same member number
  • Extended Stays
  • On shift unassigned arrivals
  • DNG not flagged as unaccountable

Duties Continued:

  • Weekly review to make sure all arrivals are all assigned
  • Daily communication with site marketing leader to verify team schedules.
  • Daily submission of change requests all brands.
  • Daily tracking of change request status- all brands.
  • Month End In House -clean up. Must work with corporate deadlines.
  • Performance management tracking and support
  • SoCal recognition program tracking and results
  • Research tour concerns.

Required Competencies:

  • Advanced or working knowledge of multiple Office Suite applications
  • Able to develop and foster strong internal relationships by building trust and interacting appropriately.
  • Must pay careful attention to detail and follow through on all tasks and deadlines
  • Must have excellent written and face to face communication skills.
  • Must enjoy working with other people in a high energy environment.
  • Able to handle multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work weekends and a flexible schedule

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00.
