The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Change Management Specialist (level 2 or level 3) to join our Interior Responsibility Center Project Management Team in Everett, Washington.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of scheduling engineering and manufacturing events using Boeing scheduling processes and tools. The selected candidate will work under the direction of a lead scheduler and management.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC), which is dedicated to the fabrication of products that support airplane program interiors. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the intricacies of the production system while gaining valuable insights into the entire value stream of our products. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Works with others to integrate product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.
  • Reviews and analyzes metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements; makes basic recommendations to improve compliance.
  • Reviews technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.
  • Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans.
  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience with baseline management
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams
  • 1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 3: 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Engineering Change Authoring Systems (ECAS, IBEX, and/or ACMS)
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering design or manufacturing engineering

Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $77,350 - $104,650
Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
