Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Change Management Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to join the 737 Committed Change team based in Renton, Washington.
The team is seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical skills who possesses strong verbal and written communication. The candidate will demonstrate effective notetaking, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate data in multiple tools for efficient solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Accountable and Decisive: Assist with the integration of customer-driven change requirements and development of change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments. Assist with the analysis of technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change
  • Quality Focused: Review basic metrics to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with change incorporation plans
  • Collaborate with Others: Develop and use collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the visibility and accomplishment of product goals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
  • Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and leadership
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Preferred Qualifications for Level 2:
  • 1+ years of experience with baseline management
  • 1+ years managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 1+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience with the practical application of organizational change management methods and tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Level 1: $67,500 - $82,500
Summary Pay Range for Level 2: $81,900 - $100,100
