As we expand our U.S. footprint - particularly in Texas - we are hiring a Managing Director Partner (MDP) to lead growth, build market presence, and elevate our consulting excellence across North America.
The Opportunity
As an MDP, you will take full responsibility for growing ADAPTOVATE’s U.S. business, expanding revenue with new and existing clients, strengthening market relationships, and shaping a high-performing consulting team.
You will be the cultural and commercial anchor of our Texas office - setting direction, engaging C-suite clients, driving business expansion, and role modelling the consulting excellence we expect globally.
What You Will Lead & Own
Business Growth & Market Expansion
Drive the commercial strategy for Texas and North America.
Acquire new Fortune 500 clients; expand relationships with existing clients.
Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with consistent revenue growth.
Shape multi-year client partnerships rooted in trust, delivery excellence, and commercial impact.
Delivery Excellence & Client Leadership
Ensure engagements deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
Lead senior client conversations - from strategic problem framing to solution design.
Mentor teams in consulting craft: problem-solving, facilitation, storytelling, and transformation leadership.
Uphold ADAPTOVATE’s standards in quality, structure, and execution.
Firm Building & Culture Leadership
Define and embed ADAPTOVATE’s culture, values, and ways of working in Texas.
Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing consulting team.
Build partnerships, thought leadership, and new market offerings (including AI-enabled transformation).
Champion our global culture - collaboration, excellence, transparency, and human-first leadership.
Strategic Leadership
Set direction for the office and contribute to global strategy.
Drive innovation in consulting delivery, capability uplift, and market differentiation.
Represent ADAPTOVATE at industry events, forums, and partner ecosystems.
What You Bring
Proven Commercial Leadership
Track record of selling and delivering consulting, transformation, or strategic advisory services.
Ability to originate, shape, and close high-value consulting work with C-suite executives.
Experience building multi-million dollar books of business.
