Job Description

The Opportunity: 

The Manager, Workforce Intelligence & Org Transformation Enablement is responsible for building and operationalizing core capabilities in workforce planning and org transformation across the enterprise. This global role supports both strategy execution and capability enablement—developing tools, processes, and analytics to guide organizational transformation and workforce planning decisions. Reporting into the Org Transformation Leader within the Org Development & Inclusion COE function, this role partners closely with People & Culture  Business Partners, Talent, Inclusion, and People Technology to support enterprise org design, business transformation, and change readiness efforts with data and enablement resources.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Workforce Planning & Intelligence

  • Build frameworks and tools to enable workforce planning, and org transformation efforts across the enterprise
  • Deliver dashboards and data models to inform workforce investments, transformation scenarios, and org design changes
  • Provide dynamic insights on org health metrics such as spans of control, headcount, and change impact
  • Partner with People Technology and Finance to ensure alignment on workforce data standards and systems

Transformation Management & Enablement

  • Develop and deploy scalable Org Design and Change Management playbooks, templates, and readiness tools
  • Partner in design and facilitation of learning and enablement sessions for PCBPs and leaders on how to lead through transformation
  • Monitor enterprise change management, adoption, and sentiment using both qualitative and quantitative methods

People & Culture Core Capability Building

  • Act as a strategic partner to PCBPs by enabling planning and change insights at the business level
  • Provide coaching and toolkits to enhance enterprise and regional capability across Org Transformation disciplines
  • Ensure alignment of Org Transformation enablement practices across Talent, OD, Inclusion, and Learning

Insight Delivery & Influence

  • Prepare data-driven insights for use in transformation reviews, and org design initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform strategy deployment through workforce and readiness insights
  • Continuously improve templates and resources based on feedback and outcome

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, change management, org design and/or people & culture strategy
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale organizational change
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, with working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods, workforce modeling, and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS, survey platforms) strongly preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building capability tools, playbooks, or PCBP enablement materials
  • Prior work in a global or matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with org design and people systems (e.g., Workday, etc.)

Impact Measures

  • Adoption of workforce planning and change management tools by P&C
  • Accuracy and actionability of workforce dashboards and models
  • Engagement scores and readiness indicators during major change efforts
  • Feedback from PCBPs and business leaders on enablement quality and insight utility
