Fabletics is looking for a Manager, Wholesale Operations.

This role owns the day-to-day execution of our international wholesale and B2B business—ensuring orders move seamlessly from purchase order through delivery across global partners.
You will operate at the center of wholesale and B2B order management operations, coordinating across internal teams, fulfillment partners, and customers to deliver accurate, on-time, and compliant shipments. You are responsible for managing order flow, resolving issues, and driving operational consistency as the business scales.
This is a build role to enable scale. You will create structure, define SOPs, align cross-functional teams, and establish operational discipline.
This role requires a highly detail-oriented operator who can manage complexity, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and continuously improve and establish processes in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end international wholesale and B2B order execution, managing the lifecycle from order receipt through final delivery across international accounts
Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance by aligning production timelines, inventory availability, and shipping windows
Ensure full compliance with retailer routing guides, including labeling, packaging, ASN, and shipping requirements
Drive onboarding process for new international accounts
Coordinate with fulfillment partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for B2B customers, providing proactive updates and resolving order-related issues
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain to align on order execution and delivery timelines
Monitor order flow and identify risks, proactively driving resolution to maintain delivery commitments and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders
Support freight coordination, shipment documentation, and customer communication across international markets
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Develop and maintain SOPs and reporting to track performance, reduce chargebacks, and improve execution consistency
Provide visibility into order status, operational risks, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders
What you can bring:
3–5 years of experience in B2B or wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain within apparel or consumer goods
Strong experience managing retailer routing guides, compliance requirements, and chargeback prevention
Hands-on experience with wholesale order management processes
Experience coordinating with fulfillment partners and managing international shipments
Working knowledge of WMS, OMS, or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution without direct authority
Excellent communication skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $94,446-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
