Company Description

The Manager of Talent Planning & Insights will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Planning & Analytics within the Talent function. This is a senior individual contributor role that plays a critical role in shaping the organization's workforce planning and analytics strategy by emphasizing insight generation, consultative collaboration, and data storytelling. The Manager will work closely with Talent Business Partners, Finance teams, and Talent leaders to identify trends, build analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic workforce decisions. Success in this role requires a combination of analytical proficiency, consultative expertise, and project leadership to ensure insights drive meaningful outcomes.

Job Description

WORKFORCE PLANNING & PROJECT LEADERSHIP (50%)

Collaborate with Finance and Talent Business Partners to maintain accurate headcount and cost data during planning cycles and throughout ongoing workforce management.

Provide scenario modeling, forecasting, and variance analyses to inform organizational design, budgeting, and workforce investment decisions.

Serve as a consultative advisor to Talent Business Partners, supporting them in incorporating insights into headcount and workforce-related decisions.

Oversee and execute workforce planning projects, ensuring alignment between Talent and Finance teams, adhering to timelines, and achieving key milestones.

Work closely with systems and process owners to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in planning and reporting processes.

TALENT INSIGHTS, REPORTING & STORYTELLING (50%)

Lead the design and execution of insight-driven analyses to identify workforce trends, uncover root causes, and highlight opportunities that inform talent strategies.

Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and models that bring structure to complex workforce questions and support strategic decision-making.

Prepare and deliver executive-ready KPI reports, presentations, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for Talent Leadership and business leaders.

Utilize visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) to transform data into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

Act as a strategic thought partner to Talent Business Partners and Talent Leaders, assisting them in framing business questions and interpreting insights within their organizational context.

Promote the adoption of self-service analytics tools and enhance data fluency across Talent teams.

Qualifications

5+ of experience in Human Resources (HR) or workforce analytics, people analytics, or an insights-driven analytical role.

Proven ability to lead consultative engagements with business stakeholders by framing analytical questions and providing insights that inform strategy.

Strong expertise in statistics, analytics, or social science research methods, with experience applying these to workforce and business challenges.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to present complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Extensive knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.

Familiarity with financial data, workforce budgets, and forecasting methodologies.

Experienced in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, with capabilities in setting priorities, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Demonstrated success in crafting data-driven narratives for senior leadership teams.

Excellent communication skills—written, visual, and verbal—with strong attention to detail.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
