Your Role: 

As a Manager, Product Change Management you will manage the resources and activities of a team of change managers, while providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.

  

Your work:

  • Provides leadership and has accountability for the delivery of change management to a segment of the business and provides guidance to a functional area to advance the discipline of change management.
  • Ensures alignment of functional priorities with corporate and divisional goals with consideration to available budgets and change resources
  • Contributes to developing solutions and serves as an advisor & consultant on Change Management trends, issues, and best practices for complex projects and enterprise change strategies
  • Manages client stakeholders, methods and standards; recognized as a Change Management thought leader
  • Leads an organization of change practitioners, setting the overall change and communication strategy, ensuring that there is a consistent process and adherence to that process through governance across all of the organization, and providing oversight and support to projects within that organization
  • Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and business support teams to develop integrated strategic and tactical OCM activities for target audiences that meet change objectives on time and on budget.
  • Acts as the Change Manager of multiple, complex transformational change efforts coaching program & business leaders on plan alignment between technical & business work streams.
  • Builds strong relationships with the Enterprise Change Management Office (eCMO) and become a trusted advisor to business/partners advising on strategic approaches and implementation of the OCM methodology
  • Provide the process, structure, and governance framework required to facilitate estimation of OCM staffing and budget needs and support staffing efforts to align change, communications, and training resources to programs and projects; assisting business leaders with annual budgeting and planning.
  • Leverage knowledge from surveys, observation, and other inputs to create organization-wide reports on change initiatives, including corporate culture, employee engagement, end user adoption, change impacts and change sustainability.

  

Required Experience, Education and Skills 

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years related experience in Change Management Profession
  • 3+ years proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs.
  • Strong business management skills and knowledge of enterprise strategy · Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate in organizations undergoing extensive change · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to strategize and develop innovative, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
  • Able to connect the dots and take a business strategy or initiative and create a compelling narrative
  • Experience leading consulting on business/IT training design, development, and delivery for complex IT projects and audiences of varying levels and business functions.
  • Experience effectively influencing and consulting with leaders at all levels, including executives; influencing and shaping leadership decision making, ensuring leaders are committed to goals, aligned with program plans, and mobilized to provide active and visible sponsorship.
  • Must be agile and adaptable; able to operate in a fast, ambiguous, complex, and changing environment
  • Excellent active listening skills. Adapts communications style as needed to best suit the audience and situation. Agile, with a learning mindset.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and systemically and achieve results collaborating across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to scope work and develop appropriate resource plan
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and execute enterprise strategies
