As a Trade Marketing Manager at Red Bull, you will be at the forefront of this effort, playing a critical role in driving brand growth and enhancing the On-Premise experience. You'll develop innovative, high-impact assets that bring our product offerings to life, collaborating with key stakeholders to turn strategic goals into actionable tools, processes, and solutions.

This role is equal parts strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll focus on creating compelling, cohesive content across all consumer touchpoints while managing relationships with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners. Success in this role means aligning creative marketing solutions with business objectives to elevate the Red Bull experience and leave a lasting impression in the On-Premise space.

Job Description

DRIVE CREATED DEVELOPMENT AND BRAND EXCELLENCE

Lead the development of innovative tools and assets that position Red Bull as the #1 brand in the On Premise space. Oversee the creative direction and execution of content, aligning it with brand standards, product strategy, and key consumption occasions.

 Ensure the Red Bull brand is consistently represented across all On Premise channels, ensuring a premium and cohesive brand experience at every customer and consumer touchpoint.

Oversee the creation and execution of content for Digital Posters and ensure its alignment with key product offerings, promotions, and seasonal initiatives. Drive creative solutions that engage both consumers and the industry.

 

LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Collaborate with key internal teams—Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product—to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and brand visibility in the On Premise channel.

Serve as a key liaison to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Hold stakeholders accountable for their contributions, ensuring communication streams and collaboration remain streamlined and efficient.

Lead the development and execution of new strategic initiatives, ensuring they are translated into clear, actionable plans for the field and consistently communicate updates and progress to all stakeholders.

 

OWN THE END-TO-END DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING TOOLS AND RECOURCES

Create comprehensive, turn-key marketing programs and tools that support Red Bull’s trade strategies, product launches, and key accounts. Ensure tools are aligned with brand positioning and tailored to different consumer segments, occasions, and markets.

Identify and implement efficiencies in marketing tool development and resource management. Develop processes that streamline workflows, reduce duplication, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing materials and resources.

      

ENHANCE COMMUNICATION AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING ACROSS TEAMS

Own the development and ongoing maintenance of internal communication platforms (e.g., The On Premise HUB) to ensure internal teams have easy access to up-to-date resources, best practices, and key business updates.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, learnings, and success stories across the On Premise organization to foster alignment and inspire innovation in future initiatives.

Explore and implement new methods for communicating key updates, milestones, and training materials to the field, ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed for success.

 

MANAGE EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH AGENCIES AND VENDORS

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agency and vendor partners. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies in collaboration and project execution.

Continuously assess current and future needs and source new agency and creative partners. Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure they are aligned with Red Bull’s brand standards and quality expectations.

Oversee the performance of agency and vendor partners, ensuring they consistently meet project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

 

BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND ANNUAL BUSINESS PLANNING

Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring that spend aligns with the strategic goals of the business and is optimized for maximum impact. Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Work closely with the broader business to coordinate the annual trade marketing calendar, ensuring local and national customer-facing programs are in line with overall business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a customer/trade marketing role

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus

Exceptional planning and project management skills

In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade

Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong work ethic & self-motivated; must be able to work independently 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Illustrator and other design programs are preferred

Language requirements: Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $132,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
