Summary

Analytics8 is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Manager, Partner and Event Marketing to lead partner marketing initiatives and events from strategy through execution. This role will design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns with our channel partners to drive demand, expand brand awareness, and support revenue growth goals. The Manager, Partner and Event Marketing, will be the liaison between internal technical SMEs and partner marketing teams, to ensure that joint marketing efforts effectively engage target audiences and amplify Analytics8 market reach.

The ideal candidate manages multiple priorities simultaneously and has experience taking projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing plans with key channel partners to generate demand and increase brand visibility
  • Plans, coordinates, and delivers partner campaigns, programs, events, and activities
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with partner marketing leads aim to support strategic joint initiatives
  • Identifies, evaluates, and manages marketing events (including sponsored events, virtual events, and tradeshows) to maximize lead generation and engagement
  • Creates and manages sales and marketing materials to support partner and event programs
  • Ensures all partner and event marketing content aligns with Analytics8 messaging and brand guidelines
  • Collaborates with partners to increase mentions and backlinks on partner websites
  • Tracks, measures, and reports on the effectiveness of partner and event marketing programs, adjusting strategies as needed

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as Channel or Partner Marketing Manager or similar experience
  • Experience developing and implementing channel marketing strategies
  • Experience managing and executing successful event marketing initiatives
  • Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness, ROI, and forecasting
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment, and to interact effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with the data and analytics industry and technologies
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred

Salary and Benefits

At Analytics8, we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages that support our employees' success both at work and in life. Our comprehensive approach includes a competitive base salary, and a suite of benefits designed to help employees thrive.

For the position of Manager, Partner and Event Marketing, the base salary range is $87,000 – $101,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and may be modified at any time.
