Summary

Analytics8 is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to manage customer acquisition strategy and accelerate pipeline growth. This senior role will lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth. This position partners closely with sales, product, and partner teams to ensure alignment, optimize performance, and deliver a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and leads customer acquisition
  • Develops audience growth strategies that align with company revenue goals
  • Designs, launches, and optimizes multi-channel demand generation programs, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email, events, and partner campaigns
  • Leads lifecycle marketing and leads nurturing programs from top-of-funnel engagement through conversion
  • Oversees performance optimization across paid and organic channels to maximize ROI
  • Builds and manages referral and partner marketing programs that expand reach and generate leads
  • Owns lead scoring models, data management, and analytics to continually improve targeting and conversion rates
  • Partners with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on audience segments, messaging, and pipeline targets
  • Manages and optimizes the MarTech stack to support scalable demand generation efforts
  • Tracks and reports program effectiveness, using insights to refine strategy and execution

 

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or data-driven industries
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands-on execution
  • Collaborative leader who can influence across teams and inspire high performance

 

 

Salary and Benefits

At Analytics8, we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages that support our employees' success both at work and in life. Our comprehensive approach includes a competitive base salary, and a suite of benefits designed to help employees thrive.

For the position of Director of Demand Generation the base salary range is $167,000 – $185,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and may be modified at any time.
