What You’ll Do

The ideal candidate will set up CoreWeave’s rapid-response process and for all OFCI equipment–related issues that could impact construction project schedules, budgets, or quality. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this role acts as the first line of defense when site escalations occur — moving with urgency, solving complex multi-trade challenges, and coordinating cross-functional teams to keep projects on track. You will thrive in high-pressure situations, make fast but informed decisions, and work across engineering, construction, general contractors, and suppliers to deliver results.

OFCI Escalation & Recovery Leadership

  • Act as the central point for all OFCI-related site issues, owning problem diagnosis and driving resolution from start to finish.
  • Rapidly mobilize resources, expertise, and suppliers to mitigate schedule slippage and prevent cost overruns.
  • Prioritize issues independently and balance multiple high-stakes challenges at once.
  • Identify risks, and proactively mitigate them.
  • Find alternative sources for equipment. 

Project Support

  • Engage on-site with construction teams, engineering, and GCs to troubleshoot equipment, design, and installation challenges.
  • Ensure up-to-date design standards are in supplier hands, and that equipment meets specifications before delivery.
  • Manage just-in-time delivery for OFCI equipment, resolving logistics or readiness issues in real time.

Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination

  • Maintain constant, clear communication with leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on risk, impact, and recovery plans.
  • Partner with suppliers, engineering, and finance to align solutions with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
  • Escalate effectively when resources or executive decisions are required to break through barriers.

Supply Chain & Risk Mitigation

  • Identify potential OFCI-related risks early through close monitoring of site activity and supplier performance.
  • Reallocate capital assets when needed to avoid costs and maintain project momentum.
  • Support post-incident reviews to implement lessons learned and prevent recurrence.
  • Travel 20% to CoreWeave sites, OEM facilities, trade conferences, and networking events to facilitate strong relationships to benefit the strategic positioning of CoreWeave and department objectives.

Coordination and implementation of order process

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities with the OFCI supply chain.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Site Operations Teams’ needs on certain equipment, parts, and services that are difficult to source.

Who You Are

  • Accomplished technical problem-solver with a proven ability to rapidly address and resolve complex OFCI equipment issues impacting schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Versatile professional with broad experience across multi-trade, large-scale construction environments, preferably in data center or industrial sectors.
  • Adept at operating in ambiguous situations, quickly assessing challenges, and implementing practical, effective solutions.
  • Skilled at building alignment among engineering, construction, general contractors, suppliers, and leadership to drive coordinated action.
  • Strong communicator, capable of translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experienced in managing and leading change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Proven track record in procurement, supply chain management, project management, category management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Direct experience with critical electrical and mechanical equipment, facility management, and large-scale equipment logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or certificate in Construction Management.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity, within global supply chain, data center construction, or industrial project environments.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
