As a fast-growing, innovative suite of agencies, the CourtAvenue Collective is searching for a dynamic Manager, Marketing to execute our marketing efforts and elevate our collective and individual brands. The Manager, Marketing will support the day-to-day development and activation of our content and marketing operations, ensuring we show up consistently, clearly, and credibly in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details — creating, managing, and activating content while also keeping the underlying marketing engine organized and running smoothly. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the skills to independently execute marketing strategies.

CourtAvenue’s Manager, Marketing will own core marketing activities including content development (with a strong emphasis on email and LinkedIn), day-to-day CRM management and hygiene, and coordination with external partners such as our PR firm. Working closely with leadership and internal teams, the Manager, Marketing will aid in translating priorities into action and ensure our marketing programs are delivered with consistency, clarity, and momentum. This is a highly executional role with meaningful ownership and visibility, and it plays a critical role in keeping our marketing engine moving day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Include all of the following:
  • Content Development & Distribution
  • Maintain and manage the annual content calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • Develop, draft, and schedule content across LinkedIn, email, and other owned channels
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, secure approvals, and source assets
  • Support light design needs using existing templates and tools
  • Provide light support for website updates and content refreshes
  • CRM & Marketing Operations
  • Own day-to-day CRM management, including data hygiene, list management, reporting, and campaign execution
  • Support marketing campaigns and communications through CRM workflows
  • Ensure accurate tracking and organization of contacts, accounts, and activity
  • PR & External Partner Support
  • Serve as the day-to-day coordination contact for the PR firm
  • Coordinate press releases, announcements, awards, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and reporting related to PR activity
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts across channels
  • Monitor performance, engagement, and ROI metrics
  • Make recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Team & Agency Support
  • Support agency announcements, milestones, and key moments
  • Help prepare marketing materials for new business and growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, tools, and documentation
  • Other:
  • Brand Management: Maintain CourtAvenue’s brand identity and vision by ensuring a cohesive, consistent message across all marketing efforts, platforms and materials.
  • Website Management: Oversee website content, performance, and UX to showcase CourtAvenue’s industry expertise and optimize the digital experience for lead generation.
  • Industry Presence & Events: Lead the end-to-end logistics of events and speaking engagements to secure an impactful presence that aligns with brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced environment
  • Digital and/or technology experience preferred
  • Strong execution skills with a bias toward action and follow-through
  • Experience managing or supporting CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Clear, concise writing skills, particularly for social and internal communications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Experience working with PR firms or external partners preferred
  • Familiarity with paid LinkedIn campaigns and LinkedIn analytics preferred
  • Light design or content formatting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of AI Tools preferred

Work Environment

  • Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
