This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for defining the playbook that transforms technical insights into a high-velocity, modular content strategy that drives brand authority and builds predictable pipeline.
You will bridge the gap between our product experts and our demand generation goals. You must be comfortable building the content calendar and driving each piece to publication. This role is critical to ensure mabl delivers a consistent, compelling story across all channels.
If you are passionate about AI driven software development and quality, creating authoritative thought leadership and helpful product content, and love working on agile teams, apply!
What You'll Do- Editorial Strategy & Planning: Design, build, and orchestrate the strategic thought leadership and technical content engine for key personas from quality engineers to CTOs. You will define the publishing cadence and strategy that allows the team to reuse assets across channels.
- Execution & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution of the editorial calendar. You will own and manage the production lifecycle from pulling in the right subject matter experts, resources, or reviewers to maintain content velocity, and own the writing of key pillar assets.
- Omnichannel Distribution & Innovation: Build content with different channels in mind, such as social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), paid ads, or email. Develop a mix of formats, such as content spotlighting our internal experts, new styles of video, or content optimized for SEO/GEO.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Enablement: Establish a formalized rhythm with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to ensure technical accuracy and persona alignment. You will adapt mabl’s narrative for various stakeholders—from automation engineers to CTOs—ensuring technical depth never sacrifices marketing impact.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Commit to building an expert-level knowledge of the software testing landscape. You will translate complex technical concepts into a customer-forward voice that resonates with both practitioners and executives.
- Measurement & Performance Rigor: Define and report on key content-level metrics. Use data to constantly iterate on our content types, identifying which "Big Rocks" are accelerating trials and pipeline to inform future investments.

- You have experience in the software development or AI space and aren't afraid to learn a technical product to understand its value.
- You excel in bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving environments. You are comfortable being the driver who maintains content velocity.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and RevOps to ensure content is actually used to create and accelerate qualified opportunities.
