UTA Entertainment and Culture Marketing (ECM) seeks a Manager to support existing accounts with an emphasis on client service, brand strategy, partnership development, and its growing Influencer practice. The team connects brands with consumers through research, insights, strategy, and community building. The Manager will take on direct responsibility for managing day-to-day client relationships and communication. They develop and implement client service plans that align with business objectives, oversee campaign execution, execute deals, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts under the supervision of a Director.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for projects across assigned brand accounts including but not limited to influencer campaigns, music licensing efforts, musical performance booking, premium content tracking (film/tv), entertainment property assessments/POVs, and more
Lead strategic planning and execution for influencer and creator-led campaigns, including talent recommendations, outreach, and contracting
Monitor cultural and digital trends to identify rising talent and emerging voices aligned with client goals and brand values
Lead music licensing efforts across campaigns, including identifying tracks or artists, coordinating rights clearances, negotiating fees and terms, and partnering with labels, publishers, and creative agency Business Affairs to secure usage across media platforms
Monitor studio film and television slates to identify potential product integration and co-marketing opportunities, collaborating with internal department specialists to develop recommendations for clients
Assess sponsorship opportunities and cultural platforms to determine brand fit, audience alignment, and strategic value for clients
Maintain detailed trackers for project/deal status, approvals, talent deliverables, and contractual obligations
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs to clients, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Develop and present compelling decks and campaign narratives that align with brand goals and resonate with targeted audiences
Draft regular email communications and pitch / program proposal materials
Serve as an active participant in meetings/calls for clients
Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices across ECM
Build case studies and recaps to support business growth and client storytelling
Participate in agency-wide meetings and share relevant insights and updates with the ECM team
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support efforts to grow client partnerships (“land and expand”)
What You Will Need
3+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at an influencer, advertising, marketing, creative, or media agency
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Extremely knowledgeable about creator landscape, up and coming talent and trends and plugged in to entertainment culture at large
Has a proven track record of working with creators and clients to build impactful campaigns for brands
Can build talent strategies that are both creative and data driven
Invested and well versed in culture, trends, brands, and insights
Strong ability to develop client facing marketing presentation materials (decks) for a variety of situations, informational, strategic, and creative.
High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independently
Unmatched communication skills that put clients at ease and motivate internal team members
Strong ability to vet, recommend, negotiate with and contract talent
Impeccable organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to navigate an organization and operate in an incredibly fast paced, multifaceted, demanding environment
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,
