About the Role

The Being Frenshe team is seeking a creative, strategic, and agile Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager who will blend campaign development, influencer marketing, PR, and content creation into one cohesive brand‑building engine to support the overall growth and positioning of Being Frenshe. This role has strong agency support across social, influencer, PR and mailers so the team is looking for someone that can own the strategy and execution from the brand side. The Influencer Marketing & Social Media Manager will report into the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
  • Manage influencer agency partners.
  • Lead and execute influencer marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid.
  • Identify, nurture, and manage creator relationships
  • Oversee casting, briefing, negotiation, content review, and reporting
  • Develop and execute brand eventing for influencers and customer community members
  • Lead brand mailer strategy and execution

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Manage social media agency
  • Support Sr. Brand Marketing Manager & Sr. Director on leveraging social channels as part of product launches and key brand moments
  • Develop social calendars and content strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies for content shoots
  • Community management and trend engagement
  • Build monthly reports and track KPIs

*This role has agency support for content development, day to day posting and community management

Press, PR & Communications

  • Partner with PR agency for earned media.
  • Support development of media materials and press mailers.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, or PR
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and copywriting skills.
  • A passion for wellness

What We Offer  

$90,000/yr - $110,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
