 Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Go to Market Enablement to lead our learning strategy for key organizational priorities. This role will be instrumental in preparing our customer-facing teams for success by ensuring alignment across various functions and fostering relationships with other Revenue Enablement verticals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of PK-12 market dynamics.

In this role as Manager, GTM Enablement, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate Go-to-Market Processes: Lead development and execution of GTM learning strategies, ensuring alignment, documentation, and market readiness across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and CX to align messaging, GTM motions, and delivery of enablement resources.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy and guide GTM planning across key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Lead adoption of new processes and tools using ADKAR, partnering with Sales and CX Enablement teams.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the GTM Enablement team, aligning priorities to support Sales and Customer Experience outcomes.

In Revenue Enablement, we are looking for candidates with:

Qualifications

For this role as Manager, GTM Enablement, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–7+ years in GTM strategy, RevOps, or enablement, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven with experience in performance metrics; ability to turn insights into action (CRM experience like Salesforce or Gainsight preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas.
Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. 

Salary Range: $90,400-124,400. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location. This is a base salary only, additional bonus for hitting targets applies.
