The Manager, Global Print Advertising & Logistics partners with the Director to lead worldwide print production and physical logistics for Sony Pictures Entertainment's theatrical marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for independently managing assigned film campaigns, ensuring the successful execution of outdoor, in-theater, promotional, and other print-related marketing initiatives while delivering campaign assets on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Print Production & Physical Logistics

  • Manage end-to-end print production and logistics for assigned theatrical marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Creative, Media, Publicity, Finance, Legal, Procurement, agencies, vendors, and logistics providers to develop production schedules and execution plans.
  • Oversee production timelines, approvals, quality control, and delivery of outdoor, in-theater, promotional, and other print materials.
  • Review production files, proofs, and mechanicals to ensure quality and accuracy prior to manufacturing.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, inventory tracking, proof of delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Support logistics for premieres, conventions, publicity events, awards campaigns, and other special marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct vendor visits and press checks as needed to ensure quality standards are met.

Vendor, Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage relationships with print production, logistics, and creative vendors.
  • Support campaign budgeting through vendor estimates, pricing validation, and cost tracking.
  • Partner with Finance to manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and budget reporting.
  • Develop reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, vendor effectiveness, costs, and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Technology, Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as a builder and enabler by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern workflow technologies to improve campaign execution, operational efficiency, quality, speed-to-market, cost effectiveness, and organizational scalability.
  • Design, build, and maintain operational solutions using ChatGPT for Work, Airtable, Microsoft Power Platform, and other low-code/no-code technologies to improve workflow orchestration, campaign visibility, reporting, and knowledge management.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, automations, and operational applications that improve campaign visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and strategic vendors to identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale technology-enabled solutions that improve campaign execution, turnaround times, throughput, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and implement scalable solutions that modernize operations and improve campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational best practices.

Leadership

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to the embedded Coordinator supporting the Print Advertising & Logistics function.
  • In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations, develop and maintain departmentally consistent standards for vendor invoice processing, data extraction, reporting, documentation, and quality control.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement-focused team environment.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, print production, logistics, project management, Creative Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial print production, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated bias toward action with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, or comparable low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning emerging technologies and translating business challenges into practical, scalable operational solutions.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Self-starter with strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to support theatrical release schedules, including occasional travel as business needs require.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $92,879 to $120,743. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
